Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
